Resolved Question: Good Home but 40 years old, good location but next to major street?
I found a good home. The location is very good, it is in North San Gabriel, CA , it is next to a good location of San Marino, however, it is next to a major street. Would that be a problem? I found a lot of homes that are newer and in quiet street but the home values of that communities are bad and location is not so good, is it a wise choice to go to a place that is a much better location even though the house is 40 years old? thanks
